Caliber Collision

I had the unfortunate experience of a tree limb falling on my car. Caliber Collision was the shop recommended by my insurance company. Unfortunately the removal of the tree limb was a bit of a process that required me to delay drop off of the car a couple times, but Caliber was always understanding and accommodating. I specifically was working with Eric at this location, and he was a great representative of the company. My experience was great. Transparent communication is an obvious priority for this shop. I received regular updates via text throughout the entire assessment/repair process. On top of all that, the work itself is great. You wouldn't even know anything ever happened. I would recommend this shop.

Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. They were very professional kept me up to date throughout the process and was able to fix my baby and make her look brand new. I appreciate all the effort that went into fixing my mistake lol. 10/10 no complaints

Caliber did a great job on our repair. Allen kept us updated the entire way. Letting us know when to expect the car back, what stage the repair was in, and what work was being done. He also took care of all the communication with our insurance company, which made everything much easier. Great communication, great work, and overall a really positive experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came to this location because a snow plow backed into my parked car and because it had a good rating. However, I really wish I did not come here because it filled me with so much anxiety, anger, and frustration. When I first got my car back, I noticed things that were off and I had to go back 8-9 times. Each time I went back, they messed something else up which resulted me going back. They claimed that they had “fixed” the things concerning me, however it was a lie to get me on my way. Things popping out of place, white residue stains (which I will include), and even a front bumper insulator broken, which was not from the accident but only AFTER I received the car back from them. They shoved it back in like a jigsaw puzzle thinking I wouldn’t notice, but I noticed this because the broken parts were blocking a front radar, which they told me it was “dust”. I realized what they did when I finally went to my dealer. I finally had enough when I went back for them to fix the huge stain they made on my car (in front of my eyes) and I left with a huge cut in my steering wheel made by the gentleman who “helped” me because he started getting annoyed I was
